Strategic BCP originally started with an idea—that Business Continuity Planning (BCP) needed to be made more affordable and easier for your organization, with greater manual task automation and risk analysis.
This observation was based on our clients’ experience working for years with software tools and “solutions” that offered limited value, but came with high price tags. Plans were generated as document compendiums, rather than usable field guides, and software came with the burden of long ramp-up periods, off-the-charts pricing, and little or no guiding methodology.
We formed Strategic BCP to overcome these obstacles for clients just like you. Our approach and focus on what matters most to clients has enabled us to deliver superior solutions for dozens of small and large organizations in the private, not-for-profit, and government sectors, each with varying but stringent planning and uptime requirements.
