Frank Perlmutter, Strategic BCP® president and founder, is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) that has played an influential role across a wide range of business continuity (BC) initiatives since 1995. Frank’s role in BC and disaster recovery (DR) has spanned the full gamut of DRI Professional Practices and through his published writings and speaking engagements has reached thousands of BC/DR professionals and impacted hundreds of continuity programs.
Frank’s achievements within the BC/DR planning discipline fall into multiple categories and draw upon nearly two decades of experience—hands-on practitioner as the manager of DR/COOP for the U.S. Department of the Treasury, senior consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, lead business architect of the award-wining ResilienceONE® BCM Software, and an outspoken advocate for BC/DR professionals across all industries. Frank graduated Magna cum Laude with his BSBA from American University in Washington, DC.
