Thanks for a good presentation. Being in financial services, much is compliance/Fed Reserve FFIEC driven (surveys/BIAs and docs/BCPs).
After initial BIAs, process mappings were the next order of business!
Re exercise, can make distinction between testing data (DR) and people (BC).
For metrics, keep track of bad things that happen in the metro area around your site (threats that you need to pay attention to – if occur regularly, now have a business case).
    Regards,
    Tom

This was probably the most helpful webinar on BC practices I’ve ever attended, and I’ve attended many in the search for a good path. Thank you very much for sharing your time and expertise with us. I’ve already made a few recommendations to my manager based on the content. Also, because I’ve already suggested (and implemented) some of the concepts you introduced, I feel much more justified in those gut actions. Thanks again to you, Mr. Perlmutter, and to Mr. Arnold and DRJ. Brock George.
