About Strategic BCP
Our History
Strategic BCP is a full-service Business Continuity Planning company whose experts have been helping clients of various sizes in various industries resume operations while protecting their assets, technology, and people during crises for over 13 years.
Since our inception, our mission has been to develop and improve our proprietary software, ResilienceONE®, to help address and correct three major deficiencies in BCP:
- The lack of an easy-to-use, risk-based software tool.
- The mass production of paper plans that proved unusable in the face of most outages and disasters.
- The high cost of consulting and software.
At Strategic BCP, our mission is twofold: To give companies without a solid plan a cost-effective way to develop a compliant and effective plan, and to help companies that already have a plan improve it by delivering a true, risk-based model and software tool that works in the field during actual emergencies.
Founder
Frank Perlmutter, CBCP, is a nationally renowned expert in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), a discipline dedicated to recovering business operations, restoring IT infrastructure, and protecting people in the event of an emergency.
After a long and successful career as a planning consultant to some of the biggest names in industry, Frank founded Strategic BCP in 2004. Since its inception, Strategic BCP has developed into one of the market leaders in Business Continuity Planning. Organizations across the region and the world utilize Frank's customized solutions, substantially mitigating their risk and reducing downtime by 60% - 100% over traditional solutions.
