Our Founder
Frank Perlmutter, CBCP, is a nationally renowned speaker with more than a decade of experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP). He is the President of Strategic BCP, Inc., a business continuity software and consulting company dedicated to developing highly effective business continuity programs through the use of its proprietary ResilienceONE software tool. Mr. Perlmutter is also the developer of the BCP Assessment Genome, the "gold standard" in business continuity.
Mr. Perlmutter's experience includes stints as a consultant with the Big 4, as a project management and technology solutions champion at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and as a strategic consultant for several large, multinational corporations. Mr. Perlmutter has directed BCP and other strategic projects for over 35 clients at the C-level and for more than 20 Federal government agencies.
Mr. Perlmutter and his wife, Susan, reside in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Outside of his profession, Mr. Perlmutter is heavily involved in CPR for Cats (www.cprforcats.org), a charitable organization dedicated to rescuing animals from dangerous situations and placing them with adoptive families.
