He works closely with clients, prospects, partners, and internal teams to bring new and enhanced software solutions to market. Terry is a CBCP and a member of BCI, DRI, IIA, and other communities dedicated to BCP, Vendor Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Disaster Recovery.
Symphy D’Souza, TUV Nord
Currently heading TÜV Middle East (Member of TÜV NORD Group) Operations for the GCC, Symphy D’souza has an experience of 12 years in the Certification Sector. Symphy is also a Senior auditor for Business Continuity, Information Security, Service Management and Quality.
Kush Srivastav, ENOC
Kush is a seasoned BCM professional with 27+ years of cross industry experience. He has the distinction of being a “Contributor in the development of UAE BCM Standards. Kush has rich experience and understanding of end to end transaction lifecycle and supply chain of oil and gas manufacturing, distribution, retailing and by-product marketing. He won the BCI UK award for Middle East Business Continuity Professional for Public Sector. He has been instrumental in preparing the Emirates National Oil Group, a consortium of 54 group companies for ISO 22301 certification and effective proliferation of business continuity management and crisis management across the ENOC Group.
Kush has extensive experience in continuous process improvement, Operations Re-engineering, developing & motivating teams, manage multi-tasking, Business Process Mapping, and managing challenges on account of Change Management.
